BUYING, SELLING OR REFINANCING?

A Personal Approach
From the very beginning, you’ll get a higher level of personal service than you might be accustomed to. We would normally start with an in-person meeting where I review your real estate contract at no charge. For those who are not local, or who prefer not to visit the office, our initial meeting can also be conducted on the phone or via video conference. This is where you can feel free to ask me all your real estate questions without any risk or obligation. I enjoy helping people and I am happy to do whatever I can to put you at ease.
After that, my team and I are always just a phone call or email away to answer any questions that may come up.
Finally, I come to your closing in person to make sure that your deal goes through without a hitch. This is especially reassuring to first-time buyers, who often worry about the unknown. This extra level of service is all part of the package at Costa & Associates, where we strive to exceed your expectations every step of the way.
A Family Affair
Miami real estate has always been a part of my life.
I put in many hours as a Commercial Real Estate Salesperson at my father’s brokerage firm throughout both my undergraduate and law school days, then became an attorney and gained experience at a real estate law firm before joining my sister, Helen, as a partner in Costa & Associates in 2010.
Having worked in various avenues of residential and commercial real estate gives me a more complete understanding of the business and the challenges that my clients may need to overcome. Because of this, I give much more of myself to you than most other Miami real estate attorneys.
